Thanks for the recipes for Pork Tenderloin and for the recommendation on Butchers Box.

All meat is $$ these days, but I would rather invest in GOOD quality.

I'm going to ck it out.

I was wondering @Happy2BHere   you listed what you ordered....can you totally pick your own items?

I used to order from OMaha, quality of meat was pretty good, but all the 'kits' had things I didn't want....like their side dishes, pots etc.

I want to pick just meat.....and my own choices not a prepackaged combo.....

Hi, yes it's a little confusing using their site at first. You build a box with what you want in it and that same box can be delivered monthly, or you choose the date for your next one.

If you don't want the same items the next time you can swap items around for your next box - or of course you can also cancel at anytime if you decide it's not for you - plus they have a lot of sales throughout the year, and always have add-ons if you just want an item one time and not in your usual box.

Yep the Tomahawk is the Fred Flintstone one - but at $54 I doubt this "Wilma" will ever be adding one of those LOL! It IS grassfed, but still...

Holy cannoli ... that is a fine looking steak ... but the price is also a real wow! I have been out w/ a group where two people split this at a high end steak place (it cost way more) and the presentation was amazing.
