I just made this for the first time.  Not bad, but what about avocado crackers?  Avocado Triscuits?  I bought a bag at Costco and need suggestions on how to use them up.  (beyond Quacamole)

@depglass @I use avocado as mayo for samdwiches.I like to make a salad with avocado,cucumber,cherry tomato and sweet onion.dressing is a little evolved,lemon juice,pinch sugar and salt...sometimes a little fresh squeezed garlic too.

I am curious too. We bought a bag of avocados at Sam's Club. It is on my husband's recommended diet so we are trying to incorporate it into our diet too.

@depglass   My favorite salad is slightly mashed Haas avocado, the best avocado, creamy, not watery as some others are, in lemon juice and a bit of salt, or not, mixed with Spring greens or baby arugula.

Halve an avocado and fill it with your favorite dressing and onions, this is what my Mother served, along with crackers, but I don't use the crackers.

Chicken or tuna salad on an avocado half(or over slices) is delicious.

a friend of mine makes avocado dressing for salads.......avocado, lime or lemon juice, olive oil, and some spices (salt, pepper, hot if you like a spicy flavor, sunny paris or foxpoint spices from penzeys.)
