This looks delicious. What a bonus that you added the Smart Points!
I am currently on program ( lifetime member currently not at goal 😩) I have lost 33 lbs since September. I have about 20 more to go. It is much slower than my original journey...but I am 18 years older and it is certainly not a race.
Anyway, sorry to go on. I really just wanted to thank you.

Hi @ReggieRagu
You're welcome! I love collecting lite recipes, DH is diabetic, and I gain weight easily so I use them often. I just got over a really nasty virus, had it for two months, so did my daughter, and I just sat around and coughed, not moving much, so I want to knock off a few pounds, also.
I know what you mean, losing isn't as easy as it was years ago, LOL.
GOOD LUCK TO YOU!

ps @ReggieRagu
The Emily Bites site includes a lot of really good lite recipes, you might want to check it out, the link is in the opening post.

Perfect hot weather fare. Good bacon flavor for not a lot of calories. Thanks @Noel7.

This looks good, @Noel7. One tip I can offer: If it is going to be refrigerated, omit the tomatoes until just before serving time. Refrigeration destroys tomato flavors.

Thanks for the tip @IamMrsG I also added the lettuce bites to each serving at the last minute, yesterday and today.
I might cut the recipe down a bit because I'd forgotten that a pasta salad with mayo usually absorbs a lot of it by the next day. My mother used to add additional mayo the following day. I don't want to do that because of calories.

Hi @Kachina624
I am dragging out my collection of hot weather recipes, we're at the beginning of a heatwave. It got to 88 in SF yesterday, not at all common for June. It's supposed to hit the Bay Area hard this coming Thursday.

@Noel7 Good idea on the recipes. We're supposed to have 105° on Thursday which is also very uncommon.
