I'm answering my own post! I kept looking and went to Antonella's blog (I don't ever look at blogs), and I found the recipe. It sounds much like banana bread - has anyone tried it?

Thank you, rhino! I just looked this up, and it looks different and delicious, I love oatmeal---I will definitely try this one, along with some others suggested. I may have to start buying even more bananas!

I puree them and use them in my sour dough pancake/waffles or quick bread.

I came across this site while searching over ripe bananas recipe:
http://www.crunchycreamysweet.com/2013/07/27/what-to-do-with-over-ripe-bananas-recipe-round-up/
Also, my Mother always told me to put bananas in the fridge to help them last longer. The peel DOES turn dark or black, but they stay fresher longer! ![]()

I posted a recipe a few weeks ago for a Banana Butterscotch Bundt cake. It is really easy to throw together and is delicious. I made it again a couple of days ago and my son came over and ate 3 pieces!
I'll try to find it and bump it up.

Just saw this today.
3 ripe mashed bananas
1/3 cup applesauce
2 cups oats
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
Bake 350 degrees for 15-20 min. Recipe did not state size of pan. I'm guessing 8 by 8 or 9 by 9.

That sounds good. I have bananas in my freezer now taking up space & would love to pull out the bundt pan!

Just make banana ""mylk"". 3-4 ripe bananas with 24-36 oz of water & ice...maybe a squirt of vanilla or a celery stalk...and drink up. Sweet. Hydrating. Win-win-win.
