I made a batch this morning. Easy and great for those avoiding wheat products. Soft and chewy. I used two pieces to make a breakfast sandwich.

Someone made this with sour cream instead of cream cheese and liked them better. They say if you eat them the next day they are better. Smiley Happy Smiley Happy
