Any great St. Patrick's Day Recipes?

I know this is kind of late, but I am hosting dinner and planned on making corned beef and cabbage in the crockpot, Guiness--since I heard there really isn't a wine that goes with corned beef, lol. I was also going to make Irish Soda Bread...but any other ideas? Actually, I am willing to change the menu if there are any good ideas out there!!!! {#emotions_dlg.confused1}

I am trying to stick with a green or Irish theme...Wink

I also have no idea what to do for appetizers or dessert...Thanks for the help!!!
