Can anyone recommend an air fryer cook book?  We just dont use ours a lot because we dont know how to adjust the timing.  HSN has one right now , not sure if it is a good one...

There's tons of information on the internet.

Search for conversion charts.

Every oven is different, items cooking are

 different.

You will have to do some trial & error.

Basically, you can use any recipe you use now in a regular oven, in your air fryer but less time.

Start with the manual that came with your air fryer.

Go to Google, type in what you want to cook and there are many.

We have The Blue Jean Chef Air Fry Genious by Meredith Laurence. It's great because it has a few pages in the back for different types of foods and what temp/time to use for them. A little cheat sheet that comes in very handy otherwise I'd be lost!

I agree that Meredith Lawrence's books are great. Her website and YouTube have great videos to go with some of ther recipes. She has one for pressure cooking, and some others as well. One recent one gives a good selection of basic recipes, with conversions to cook the same thing more than one way, e.g., in the oven, the air fryer or the slow cooker.
