7 Layered Salad

1 head lettuce

1 cup chopped celery

4 hard boiled eggs

1 10 ounce package frozen peas

1/2 green pepper...sliced

1/2 onion...sliced in half rings

1 cup grated carrots

1/2 pound bacon

DRESSING

2 cups mayo

2 tablespoons sugar

6 ounces grated cheese

Cook bacon til crispy. Drain. Crumble and set aside. Tear lettuce in small pieces. Place lettuce in a 9x13 inch pan (I use a glass pan). Layer remaining ingredients in order listed. Prepare dressing by mixing mayo and sugar together. Spread over salad. Top with grated cheese and refrigerate 8-10 hours before serving.
