Yum!!! Those recipes do look good. I want to try the pan roasted lemon chicken.

I eat a lot of chicken. Just put boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the crockpot with bbq sauce & honey. Wrapped frozen mini ears of corn in foil & set on top of the chicken. Will cook on low 7-8 hrs. 

I posted the Bourbon Chicken recipe that's really good if you are interested in that. Posted recipe for stovetop, oven or crockpot.

@momtochloe  Oh YUM!  These are great recipes, all of them. I thawed out chicken thighs yesterday for tonight's dinner. I'm making the lemon pan chicken - sounds great!  Thanks again!

Just printed off 6 of these recipes. As I said, I just happened to thaw thighs yesterday for dinner tonight and now I don't know one of these I want to do first!!!!

These all sound so good, so simple, few ingredients that most of us already have in our fridge/cupboards.
