wrong order

im tired of receiving the wrong order from qvc and my money being tied up til they get the wrong stuff back and credit my acct

What happened? I've never had a problem with any on line or catalog order. If it happened repeatedly, I'm afraid I would be shopping elsewhere. Any company can make a mistake. If it's a mistake that continues to happen, that's another animal. Unless there were an awfully good explanation, I'm not that patient, too many other places to Shop.

I must wonder if this keeps happening to the OP, why continue to shop here? I would forgive it happening once; after that, I would be shopping elsewhere.
