I've heard a few hosts mention something about a 30-day walking challenge or something to that effect.  Anyone know what I'm talking about and where I can find out about it on the Q Home page?

@snipsnapsnur   Two days ago Kerstin had a live-stream show entitled "30-day Walking Challenge."

 

Perhaps you can find it under the live-streams for December 26, 2023.

Walking is great! I walk my dogs 1.5 miles a day and another mile on my 

Elliptical. Eating smart and walking have kept the 20 lbs I lost many years

ago. Easy peasy.

I’m glad my dog expects his daily walk. Even if I don’t feel like it, I do it for him, thank goodness.

I don’t take walking daily for granted anymore! It helped me immensely with my vertigo. I couldn’t even walk a straight line when I first started, but now I have no problem. I highly recommend it!

Got distracted and forgot to check back, lol.  I didn't see any info on the Q's FB page about it.  Thank you all for your input.  I have been walking for the past 3 months, doing on average about 3 miles a day.  Just was interested to see what they were talking about.  

Just started 3 months ago and it kind of becomes addictive.  I go out at 8:30 in the morning to a nearby park and walk their walking path.  Very invigorating when it's chilly.  I love it!!

Maybe it has something to do with The Cubii, that is Today's Special Value, Dec. 30th. 

Since Rick was talking about how it is a good way to get your steps in.
