stupid offer - 5 easy pays

I just got an insulting mail offer - 5 easy pays on request.

WHAT???? In my opinion, it is just a way to make people buy stupid stuff they can't really afford.

If they want to impress customers, how about a coupon for 10-20% off an item?

I'm insulted. Do they think that's some kind of DEAL???
