Northern lights are cheaper on air now than the ones listed online   how do I get the sale price  .. they need to fix that

Call in and speak to a live person rather than order online.  They should be able to help you.

I think you maybe looking at an old video.  If these are the TSV sheets, the price is only good for that day.  Then it goes up.

I don't know what the situation here is with the sheets, but this indeed did happen a week ago or so with some Jai jewelry pieces. Pat Dementri was hosting a Semi Annual Jewelry clearance show on QVC main channel live and I was watching it...it was on from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m Eastern time. I went to check the items out online as I was watching the program and the prices on both were higher then the TV presentation. So it is happening. Someone at Q didn't get the memo.

I've gotten price adjustments if the item was purchased less than thirty days ago.
