returns to QVC

Has anyone noticed how slowly returns are being processed at QVC? I wrote to them 2 weeks ago about returns sent in January, because I am worried they could be lost. I used the prepaid labels which means no receipts from the Post Office. They told me to be patient!! I'm not so worried about the refund, just whether they received the packages!!!
