returns question

I printed a return label and the screen said give package to ups.after printing it says on the label to give to usps or ups. what do you think,usps would be easier

I checked with our Customer Care team and confirmed that taking the package to USPS would be fine, especially if that is easier.

Be aware that your package may sit in the post office for a long time before being picked up by QVC's "shipping agent" to send it on its way. My last one sat there for 7 days!

The return label used to say give to UPS or USPS, but I noticed on my last couple of orders that it only says USPS now. So I guess we don't have that choice any more.
