I am getting very worried. I have made returns over a month ago, one that contained an exchange, and nothing shows on my order status for credit. I did a chat with a qvc rep and she wrote down four of my return item numbers and I got an email saying the returns processed, but this was five days ago, and no credits. She said she could not help me with more item numbers because she is talking to multiple customers at a time. I am afraid I will never get credit. What are other people's experiences? I read about the woman with three pairs of shoes but did not see others. I also saw the dismissal of four hosts and I think that speaks badly of qvc. They don't seem to realize that other big seller hosts are not enjoyed by many of us. Anyway, any input appreciated.

Kathleen I had the exact same thing happen to me. I returned two tops well over a month ago which still haven't been processed. I ordered more over the past few months than I have for a long time. Sorry to say I won't be ordering again.

Same with me. I was told my item was received but not processed. I wanted an exchange but my size is sold out now. Four weeks is a long time.

Contact the Qvcsocialteam@qvc.com provide all the information they are quick to respond and excellent at resolving issues. They are truly the best. I am alway beyond satisfied at how effiecient they are.

I am in the same boat as all of you. Please don't tell me to email social team - been there done that-phone doesn't work either. Post don't work for me either this has been going on since the last kim gravel tsv. I used my gift cards I got for mother's day a 500 gift card that was pretty much used up a month ago on Qvc and I have nothing to show. I use to think it was because of covid- not anymore I have ordered from many sites that offer free ship free returns the longest I have waited on an order was 4 days. If I return somthing my account is credited within a week. I wish I would have known how bad or sloppy QVC is getting I take NOTICE NOW.

@222333 So what did the social team say when you emailed them?

It still boggles the mind that with staff out w/ Covid or just limited, shipping issues slowed down at the other end, all other sites are managing to get orders out in a timely manner, process returns and have someone pick up the phone in CS.
Businesses, in general, can't afford to lose customers now.

I consider QVC as a final sale network. It is nearly impossible to receive refunds in a timely fashion. My husband had an incident where a refund was promptly issued but never posted to our credit card. Numerous requests to the social team but they could not reissue it and it took weeks for Finance to resolve it. Simply not worth the headaches so Final Sale for everything purchased makes shopping here less tempting...

When an item is purchased on easy pay, their added shipping, and returned with their approx. $6.95 label (they claim it assures they issue faster credits), sometimes my credit would be as little as $2.00. It's a racket!
