Just got an email, qvc is going to refund me on an item I never purchased but they over charged me! Wonder who is incharge of this organization!

I got something today, too. I'm not sure if it was from QVC or if it was some kind of hack attempt. It was a cancellation of an order I didn't make - or something.

If this actually was from QVC, this is the second weird thing like that in a short period of time. A lot of us got an email not long ago about a refund to our accounts for an order that none of us made.

Yep just received the same e-mail from the Q. I called cs and they did say it was an error. I also received the other error message that cb was talking about. Kind of strange.

I just checked my 'trash' folder and mine was about some jumbo pop-something or other that was supposed to be charged at a higher rate but, of course, that I never bought anyway.

LOL, that was the same one I received today. Didn't order it either.

Hi Everyone,

We apologize for the confusion caused by the email you received today. Although this message about the Jumbo PopRock Bluetooth speakers (item E226184) originated from QVC, a system issue caused it to be sent to you in error.

We understand you did not order this item, so please disregard the original email message.

Thanks, Keyai! While there seems to be a malfunction with the website, it's always comforting to know that it's not a phishing email or something containing malware! Sometimes it's hard to tell. Smiley Happy
