I use Q Easy Returns so they give me back the shipping cost and 1st easy pay immediately and cancel all future easy pays too.

Have you ever tried it before?

I also do exchanges this way and this way I get the exchanged item ASAP before the warehouse even gets my return. Works out Beautifully!!

Soooo basically I only have to keep track of the return label fee that the warehouse charges me. 😩

Yes, I normally use easy returns for the same reason. I never had the wrong size sent before and I should have used easy returns for that too! Lesson learned!

It's been like this since I started shopping at Q in the mid 90s. It's just one of a few reasons I always shop around. I can almost always find what I want for less with free shipping and usually free returns.

I didn’t have a good experience as a first time shopper with Vionic’s website. 🥴


I recently bought 2 pairs of Vionic sneakers (as you know not inexpensive at all)



The first pair was perfect, but the second pair the right shoe was considerably bigger. 😜 It was as if it was a wide, but the label showed the # size only.



I called and the rep said no problem I could send them back using Happy Returns. I went to UPS with their QR code and the original shoe box, no box needed to put them in since UPS places them in a plastic bag with label on it when using Happy Returns.


I checked my email later and they credited me all but the shipping return fee. I called and the rep told me all returns were charged shipping and handling. But I said the sneakers were defective. She said NO exception and to read the return policy online. 🥴


I asked to speak with a manager and she put me on hold.


She came back and told me I would be credited my return shipping fee.


As a new customer I’m not so sure I want to continue shipping at their website. 😳

I agree. I purchase a lot from QVC and have become disheartened with their return and exchange process. Just last week they shipped me the same item I returned for a refund. The item I wanted to exchange is no longer available although it was available for two after I returned the item. I find HSN's process very simple. Since QVC acquired HSN, it would be more efficient for us customers if QVC started using HSN system.

This is typical of Q. Their shipping and return processing issues have sent me running to other retailers.

Same happen to me.  I have spent to much time with QVC  CS and the credit card people.  Each blaming the other.

Some need to stop making excuses for horrible customer service.  I have shopped HSN and QVC for many, many years and even though HSN & QVC have merged HSN has the superior shipping and returns process.  I was hoping after they merged QVC would get some lessons from them.

I agree they have had my returns for 11 days now and still have not received a refund! I don't want to have to call customer service and chase my returns down just to get my credit. It's very frustrating!,

This...i was just coming here to say the same.  I always contact them first, usually by Chat live. That way they can put a notation on your account. Otherwise, you are leaving it up to the people at the warehouse.

Take time every day to enjoy where you are without a need to fix it
