I also do exchanges this way and this way I get the exchanged item ASAP before the warehouse even gets my return. Works out Beautifully!!
Soooo basically I only have to keep track of the return label fee that the warehouse charges me. 😩
Yes, I normally use easy returns for the same reason. I never had the wrong size sent before and I should have used easy returns for that too! Lesson learned!

It's been like this since I started shopping at Q in the mid 90s. It's just one of a few reasons I always shop around. I can almost always find what I want for less with free shipping and usually free returns.

I agree. I purchase a lot from QVC and have become disheartened with their return and exchange process. Just last week they shipped me the same item I returned for a refund. The item I wanted to exchange is no longer available although it was available for two after I returned the item. I find HSN's process very simple. Since QVC acquired HSN, it would be more efficient for us customers if QVC started using HSN system.

This is typical of Q. Their shipping and return processing issues have sent me running to other retailers.

Same happen to me. I have spent to much time with QVC CS and the credit card people. Each blaming the other.

Some need to stop making excuses for horrible customer service. I have shopped HSN and QVC for many, many years and even though HSN & QVC have merged HSN has the superior shipping and returns process. I was hoping after they merged QVC would get some lessons from them.

I agree they have had my returns for 11 days now and still have not received a refund! I don't want to have to call customer service and chase my returns down just to get my credit. It's very frustrating!,

This...i was just coming here to say the same. I always contact them first, usually by Chat live. That way they can put a notation on your account. Otherwise, you are leaving it up to the people at the warehouse.
