I can't remember the last time I've commented about anything on any of the forums and that may be because I seldom visit QVC any more. Everything seems a little too expensive when I do the math & add postage & handling. But I admit I like to look & every once in a while something is both attractive & attractively priced. What I don't understand - for an organization of QVC's size and purpose of on-line sales - is why there are so many .com problems! Twice this morning I received the message that QVC.com was not available & please use the phone. What is that, QVC??? I never have a similar problem with Amazon or Ebay. Either you need to update your IT system or your IT staff. It's so frustrating! We live in an online world (like it or not) & if you can't keep up you'll lose customers & market share. Your .com should be state-of-the-art.
