I don't really need this item for Christmas if it comes great if not there's always next year! But, those who track orders and are familiar --

status says "in process" yet EDD is 12/23. Does this mean it's gone out? Oh, and it states edit or "cancel order" -- that's kinda confusing. Placed order Sunday ( I think).

In Process used to mean it hadn't shipped. It probably is still in the warehouse. Q has the worst shipping/tracking. I don't always see when a package has acutally been shipped for days after. Or what might show up is 'no tracking information available at this time.' The package has usually left when that message shows up, but there is no way to know if the pkg will be delivered by the EDD.

if an item is not getting shipped from qvc but from like a food item or electronics it may just say in process ad not say shipped. i ordered a new kindle and it only said in process so when i received it i was surprized to see it because it was saying in process and never said shipped. hope this helps you out.

Thank you for asking. Well, I had it delivered to where I was originally staying (left Friday am). I spoke to my friend today she said my package was delivered late Friday or Sat.  She saw it on the porch this morning (she uses entrance thru garage). 

It wasnt a gift so its OK.
