"GET RID OF THE LABELS, QVC"!!

I, for one am getting sick of people being "LABELED" by AGE, GENDER and ETHICITY!  We are ALL "HUMANS" and just drop them!  STOP featuring the same items over and over again and introduce "NEW IDEAS" and "NEW PRODUCTS', with the top selling ones!......You need to tone down some of your "HOSTS" into a "calmer demeanor"!....MALLY, may be a great make up artist, but I have to turn off the channel when she comes on because she acts like she is "out of control" (so hyper)!...CALM DOWN!......I will NOT mention several other hosts, but, if you are aware they also need to calm and slow down!!  No one will replace "CAROLY GRACIE" with "GARY", as they complimented one another!...A "BIG MISTAKE"!  BETTER DESIGNS AND BETTER PRICES!  When you include the shipping and handling, it is over the top!...JUST A FEW IDEAS IF "ANYONE" in Customer Service is "LISTENING:?...At the top of this page, you say you are "LISTENING" to your customers?....SHOW US!!!

P.S.....................PLEASE EXCUSE SPELLING ERRORS..........."ETHNICITY" AND "CAROLYN GRACIE"!  OH, ONE MORE THING..........."RACE" (LET'S BE ALL "ONE", ALREADY)..........IT'S TIME!!!!  MAYBE, THAT'S "NIRVANA", BUT, THIS IS THE WAY TO GO IN THE FUTURE........LET'S MAKE IT "PRESENT" INSTEAD!

@SweetSpice .  This is a customer forum and you can contact QVC directly if you want to communicate with them.

 

You seem agitated and with CAPS which means you are yelling, doesn't necessarily mean you'll be getting anyone's attention this way.

Has anyone else noticed how every other person posting here is suddenly an expert on retail corporate operations?  Poor CEOs a really didn't need to get those MBAs or hire staffs of hundreds of experts.

 

Some posts have become too repetitious to read.

@SweetSpice Please don't make yourself "sick," with Q shopper frustration. There's no cure, if you do.

 

These rants have become so repetitive, that they're falling on deaf ears. I'm pretty sure the Q is aware of customer disappointment.

 

The Q is not ignorant to the fact, that profit numbers are declining. It seems they're trying to rectify this. Maybe they can, maybe not, but it's their ballpark. We just get to visit the field. We're helpless in changing the game. We can only change our participation, if it bugs us enough.

@Kachina624 .  Recent spate of repitious back seat driver posts....and typically as in this case no reply to any of the posts.

 

Something just seems way off with the recent rant posts.  Maybe it has been this way for a long time on the forum, rant and run and don't reply but this seems to be more common now.
