I am livid with the Q. I ordered a pair of earrings and the payment type was wrong so I called to fix it immediately, not even 5 minutes went by. They said it was in process and couldn't fix it. They would send to finance and it would take a day or 2. Are they insane? You usually have a couple of hours to cancel and I swear this was 5 minutes. They hadn't even shown the item on air yet. They wouldn't cancel and said I could send back. NO!!!

What is going on this this outfit. I don't think I want anything from them anymore.

I believe QVC only gives about 30 minutes to cancel; although, on occasion, I could cancel an item next day.  Thought it was a computer glitch.

 

Cancelled a QVC order this morning after about 3 hours to change sizing.  Very unusual.  

 

QVC's system appears to be very rigid, isn't set up to be flexible like other retailers.  

 

With other retailers where I shop, they can cancel the order within a reasonable amount of time if the computer system doesn't allow the change, then reorder the way the customer wants it.

QVC has never had a stated policy of being able to cancel any order at any time.

 

There is NO 30 min, couple hour allowance.  Often orders go directly to the vendor.

 

Unfortunately, sometimes you can, most time you can't the second you hit submit.

 

 

You should email the social team and give all the information.

 

They will definite help you sort this out...no need to be livid...just contact the best CS available, which is the social team.
