QVC ranked 55th on the National Retail Federation Top 100 Retailers list, and ranked third in Newsweek's Best Customer Service ranking.

A large employer in Pennsylvania, QVC has more than 10,000 employees by most estimates.

This is from a NRF July 2025 article, ranking based upon total 2024 sales revenue:

• Rank 55
• QVC Group
• Headquarters / U.S. headquarters: Englewood, CO
• U.S. sales growth ('24 v '23): -6%
• 2024 USA retail sales (billions): $7.64
• 2024 worldwide retail sales (billions): $9.97
• USA % of worldwide sales: 77%

(As an aside, the Top 5 were Walmart,  Amazon,  Costco, Kroger and Home Depot!)

On the NRF website only the figures from 2024 are out there.  So a bit out of date.

The Newsweek Customer Service Ranking is actually a sub-subset of a subset.  It's not a ranking of all retailers.

QVC ranked 3 (just ahead of HSN).in "Shopping TV Channels" in the Online Retailers subset.
