online ordering

i wish qvc would do something about their online ordering. it seems they have issues when ever they have a large ordering audience at once. i have noticed it during the days when they have 4 or 5 easy pay options day and when ever they have an item a large number of people want to order around the same time. also they pick doiing maintenance on a week-end afternoon? what's wrong with 3am instead? does anyone else have an issue with this?
