mistreatment by customer service

I called customer service yesterday and really needed some help. I told her I had some brain damage and would need her to go slow. After a while she said You just need to start telling the truth. I talked to someone else and told her how bad that lady had treated me. I was promised a call from a higher up with in 24 hrs which of course didn't happen. I guess cust serve did away with my coplaint because when I called back today they had no record of it. I am so dissapointed in qvc and thier dishonesty.
