Why do host's, not all, say "you know me" whenever a subject of color, type of item, etc. No, I haven't a clue. Am I just not paying attention?

I do know what you are talking about.

Just the other day I tuned in for a few minutes and heard a host say this same thing.

I didn't know her name and I don't watch enough anymore to know many of the new hosts or even enough of the older ones!

So, no I too do not "know them,"

and certainly not enough to know what color etc they like.

Some hosts act as if every viewer follows their Q Facebook and Instagram pages and is familiar with their tastes and style.

There are certain QVC hosts that lean towards certain colors or preferences in clothing styles---- For example, Leah has made it known her favorite color is yellow and she wears it a lot....Isaac even referred to a shade of one top as "Leah Yellow"...And Leah has admitted she has a preference for certain shoe styles...

Pat has admitted to Susan Graver that she tends to chose black or navy blue to wear rather than a bright color......

Mary Beth has expressed her love for all shades of blue ...........

Amy's bio on MEET THE HOST says she likes the color red....And we all know how much Amy loves stilletos....

Carolyn has admitted she likes olive as a color...and "joined" Senior Designer for Denim & Co. Gary Goben's "olive club".....Because of her love of pets she has designed pet themed jewelry for QVC..............
