great customer service from the Q

today i got an unsolicited call from QVC customer service telling me that weather was delaying a shipment i had asked to be expedited with express shipping. and that i would get a refund of the extra shipping charge because of that. now i think that is above and beyond, because honestly, if something is delayed by weather, i don't expect a refund. i'm impressed, and thank you, QVC!
