I believe you would have to do that under your account. Also no one will get your post and be able to help you.

Go to your Q account, under Settings select Email Preferences & change to Off. @Alaskan

Huh? The ball is in your court. It's up to you to change your settings, even if you feel you're "not worthy" ... whatever that means.

@Alaskan - You set your email preferences yourself, in your account.
I read your other thread. You may want to contact QVC directly to close your account, if you feel so strongly.
That would solve the problem.

Alasken......hi.....maybe the Q does not ship to your area? I get ads from every company on earth and probably from ones not on earth. I get tons.
I could be wrong but you sounded really upset. I get it. Some things just irk me too...

Log into your account and change your Q settings. If you get an email, block it.

I have done it many times doesn't work still getting lots of emails

@Bella2022 - Under email preferences, where you can click on "Off" for promotional emails, it says:
Off (Don't worry...you'll still get account, order & shipping updates.)
So you would still get those emails. They need to be able to notify you about your orders.
