American Home Kitchen was the cookbook that I ordered.  No, it was not sealed as was mentioned by one person who recently bought this book.  Just in a box, and for sure had been used.

I would return it and unless it is a real deal order it elsewhere. I order these as gifts so appreciate your post. We often buy things and have them direct shipped, I had this issue arise with a Keurig we gifted to my SIL for the holidays. I will not be doing that any longer, I hate to do that but I would not want anyone getting something that had been returned.
