The videos are not playing. They have an X through the videos.

Anyone else having this problem?

Make sure your browser and laptop software is updated. Clear browsing history and clear cookies.

In addition to what SilleeMee said, clear your cache and then check to see if your permissions for Q's website changed. My video permission occasionally changes.
