thanks to QVC's return tracking, I know that they received my package on March 9. Yet as of today, March 30, those returns HAVE NOT BEEN PROCESSED. I hae contacted CS and they are "looking into it". Yeah, right. They have effectively had both their merchandise and my money for over three weeks now. I can't believe they are so lax, but then, all their customer service has gone down hill, IMO.
