cancelled item still ships??

Has anyone else had this happen.... I ordered the tsv dell computer when it was on around 3pm in the afternoon and later tried to cancel it around 10pm- and i get a notice that says cancellation pending. So yesterday after i forgot all about the computer, it shows up at my door by UPS. Now i have to go through the trouble of sending it back.... In the past only orders that went pass Midnight couldnt be cancelled, not orders before 10pm. It seems like they just want you to try it anyway, maybe you will like it and keep it.
