I've never had a phone call, but recently had a Facebook msg from them on promotions. I do not care for any type of msg from them, so I blocked their messages.

It's a sign of the times.  Scammers have figured out ways to attempt to seperate us from our money.   Last week I received numerous calls on my home phone with my own phone number and name on the caller ID.  I listened to one briefly, it was supposedly a call from Microsoft alerting me to a problem.  Yeah, right!  According to the state Attorney General's office, my phone # had been spoofed.  I never heard that word before!  Anyway, it is possible to use phone numbers belonging to innocent people or companies to attempt to either get private information or money.  Do not fall for this!  Just because the call looks like it came from QVC, or anyone else you do business with do not give your credit card, banking info, or SS #!

Yes--- I did call Qvc about the a calls and yes--they did say, NO, it wasn't them!! Just wanted to FYI it out there!! And again---I googled the number that called and read many responces from others that got the same call from the same number---and yes I know it is spam--but made sure my info was not compromised anyway--we all need to do that often!!!

Yes, in the past few weeks, I received 2 separate calls with recorded message acknowledging 2 separate returns they had received. And they gave me the amounts of the refund. This was first time. So I checked my account, and the refunds were posted.  I was pleased that they let me know.

So, it’s not always a scam. 😊

@Hippiified  I would prefer to receive that notification from QVC by email so I have it in writing. Never sure it's really posted until I receive my VISA statement.

If it was a security breach, they'd send you a letter.   I've never heard of a company calling about a breach.   I would call CS to find out if it's real.  It sounds like a scam to me.

Never got a call. But I did get a Thanksgiving greeting card one year.  It was nice. 😁

@MoJoV I remember the Thanksgiving greeting cards and birthday cards. Both were "signed" by the hosts. It really was a nice personal touch.

I had a call with caller ID identify a QVC.

Very professional caller asked if I had recently puchased a thermostat. When I said no she said that they detected a fraudulent charge.

I notified my cc and all is well.
