I have I never had such an unpleasant experience trying to make a few purchases. Four packages were shown as delivered on Monday, 12/8. I did not receive them, probably delivered to the wrong condo by UPS. Discussed with QVC who could not have been less interested. Told me to have UPS initiate a tracer. UPS says they have strict instruction tracers must be initiated only by QVC. This went back and forth most of the afternoon. I just had back surgery and cannot get out to shop so delivery of these items are very important to me. At this point I've been told that 3 of the 4 items are no longer available. I still have eight orders pending and would like to cancel them all. When this is over I will never do business with QVC again and I will recommend same to all my friends and relatives. At some point tomorrow I'll contact my credit card company to see what they suggest.

Re: Zero help for lost packages

QVC should do the tracer....not you. If you can not get help....your credit card company should credit your account until it is resolved.

Re: Zero help for lost packages

I just had the same problem sending Carmel apples to my Granddaughter. Says received by her apartment complex. She never received them. The office said they never received them. I always send an email. I never call. That way I have proof of what was done and said. . QVC responded by email quickly. Credited my account. I have already shipped out another set to her Sisters home. She had no problem receiving her apples.

Left out the part. QVC sent me through email the time the apples were delivered and the person who signed for the delivery. The apartment complex told my daughter that they have no one there by that name.

QVC, like most retail businesses, has some seasonal workers. I talked to one recently who didn't know there was a community forum. If you get the run-around, call back and speak to someone else or ask for a supervisor. If all else fails, call corporate.

Re: Zero help for lost packages

So sorry, I hope your problem is resolved. I did want to say I had a package disappear, not QVC but Amazon. UPS and Amazon did the trace. Ended up the package was delivered but a neigbor must have stolen it. I hope you dont have neighbors with sticky fingers.

Re: Zero help for lost packages

Thanks to everyone for your suggestions. The issue is far from resolved but I am trying to pursue every available avenue. I finally got to a QVC supervisor who asked me to give her until Thursday evening to try to get ""corporate"" to agree to request a tracer on the packages. I know the packages were delivered to another condo somewhere in the complex but there are 140 units. I guess it has become obvious now that some neighbor probably is delighted to have all this free stuff delivered right to his/her door. I will post whatever resolution there is.

Re: Zero help for lost packages

Sadly, at this time of year it's hard to blame the vendor. It's UPS (or some other carrier) who does the actual delivery. Not only are more mistakes being made, but with all the publicity about people stealing packages right off the front porch, I fear it's adding to the theft by giving folks ideas. I know I had 4 packages due yesterday (via UPS). I had dinner plans and almost canceled so I could wait for the packages, even though my neighborhood is typically quite safe. As it turns out, UPS was late and I was back home by the time they came to deliver.

And I had a USPS package due yesterday and the post office sorted it to the wrong zip code. I did end up getting it later that day, but not by my normal letter carrier. I'd guess the carrier who got the incorrect shipment took the time to redeliver it.

Makes me want to do all my holiday shopping even earlier when things are less hectic for the carriers!

(OP - Good luck with your packages. I know how stressed you must feel.)

Is the person doing this complaining the same person as "dominica1", the person who said an item was lost at QVC? The person seems to mention "corporate" in the emails. It is up to QVC to do a tracer. Send them an email (don't call customer service) and they will get back to you. Where I live there are 160 units and I haven't had any problems....

Parke111, are you the same person as "dominica1", the customer who complained about her packages?
