@stevieb  Oh I totally agree.  Their Apple products are old and more expensive then other places.  They throw in some junky accessories and act like it is a great deal.  I have purchased laptops in the past,  but I won't now. My last computer purchase was from Staples and I love it.   I got a great buy on a ipad at Best Buy.

I think when Q started, people were not able to price compare.  Today, it is not like that. If you know what you want, you can shop around.

Years ago I made the mistake of purchasing a laptop from QVC...WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!....Shortly after purchase it was one problem after another,--- numerous calls to IT Support---but voicemail always full.  After I finally got through to tech support they made 3 visits--- and it still didnt work.  As instructed, I sent it back to the manufacturer and it came back worse.  I wrote a complaint letter to QVC Corporate asking for a WORKING replacement.....NEVER AGAIN....I wonder if QVC gets seconds from manufacturers!  ....

I went to Best Buy and bought a lap top---what a difference!!! The transaction was seamless and easy and I got a nice WORKING computer Woman Very Happy   I now buy my electronics from Best Buy!!!

@Spurt  I agree about Best Buy.  I got a very nice laptop at Staples.  I bought my very first computer from QVC back in 2001.  It was a Gateway, and it lasted for many years.  It was different back then.  Their Ipads are also old ones.  I always price compare just for fun, and prices are way too high with junk accessories.  I bought my Ipad last year from best buy on Black Friday.

Yep, the majority of the accessories/software are things most never even use.... Id rather have a cheaper price..... Woman Frustrated

I guess I am alone here.  I have found a few good things.  I never miss INKWD.  I don't buy a lot,  but only because I have so much stuff for the kitchen.  I just love David.

I have studied many forms of dance over the years.  Tap, Ballet, Jazz, Modern, Lyrical, Spanish, Pointe and more but ONLY David knew how to do the Happy Dance.  LOL

I do lose interest when they put the TSV on his shows and it has nothing to do with the kitchen.
