@Francie15  I watched the over nite presentation and it is everything they described. We are very happy with this purchase in fact we just used last night to make a boneless turkey breast and it came out perfect. I haven't heard my wife complaining about cleaning it so it must be easy. In fact she prefers to use it more than the stove
