@MalteseMomma I well recall your very strongly worded posts stating your unhappiness with QVC and stating that you would not be ordering again.

What's changed?

Does QVC continue selling stuff when they cannot even deliver the stuff they have already sold????

@MalteseMomma.  You, as well as anyone, know what the delivery problems at QVC are so why waste time asking WHY?  They would love for everything to run like a well-oiled machine but thats not the way things work nowdays.

How much more stuff do you need at this point? You sound like you are in a bad relationship with qvc.

LOL!  I've pretty much stopped shopping here because they either don't have what I want, or they are not the best value.  Yes.  In a bad relationship, for sure!

It took 38 days for my birthday card to (finally) get to my grand nephew.

I'm in the metro DC area and he's in the Philadelpia area.  The USPS is reall in a miss.  So I can certainly understand long deliveries, if USPS is involved.

As always, I think any delays completely depend on what you order and who is fulfilling the order. I recently posted about the pleasant surprise of receiving two items within a week of ordering them (one kitchen item and one fashion item), and just this morning, three items that I ordered yesterday (two kitchen items and a fashion item) shipped and are scheduled for delivery later this week.

My latest order on the 18th, was delivered to me on the 22nd.  (And that's after it sat at my local post office for a day.)  No complaints from me!

So do you think QVC should just close its doors until the USPS gets it together and gets through the back log of packages?  Should all other businesses with an on-line presence do the same?

The post office is in chaos these days.  My cousin mailed a small package from a town in western MA to a town in the Boston area around the holidays.  It never showed up, so she contacted the post office and they put a tracer on it.  The package was sent to FL for some odd reason.  Finally after several weeks, it came back to MA and was successfully delivered.  My cousin said she should have just driven it to her niece's house as the driving distance was under 2 hours, LOL.

I had what looked like a birthday card delivered to my home and it was addressed to someone in England.  It was mailed from CA.  How it ended up in New England was beyond me.  The envelope was clearly written and had a return address,  The British postal code had no similarities to my zip code.  The recipient's name wasn't similar to mine and neither was the name of the town.  You'd think the mailman would have caught it, but she didn't.  I hope the post office gets their act together soon.

I ordered something on Free Shipping Sunday.

It was shipped Monday morning.

I received it today, Tuesday morning.   PA to NYC, via UPS.

Not bad for Free Shipping.

@Northern Belle 2 - The second paragraph in your post made me laugh.  I mailed a card to a friend in England, back in March 2020.  Clearly written address, return address in the upper left corner.

It never got there, but your post gives me hope that she may still receive it one day, after it's made a tour of this country.  (Or perhaps another continent?)  Woman LOL

(I didn't bother asking the post office to try to trace it, as I couldn't remember which postal box I dropped it in.  I figured they'd just tell me there was nothing they could do.)
