Why can't I view videos?

I can view the nice videos on QVCUK, but I can't view on QVC.com? On QVC.com it says to update Adobe. I don't want to do the update because I can see Youtube Videos and QVCUK.com just fine. Is anyone else having troubles with just QVC.com? Does anyone have any suggestions?

I am also unable to view QVC usa videos.  I have updated my Adobe Flash player as well but still can't view any videos.  I've given up.  I have a 64 bit computer and I think that is the problem.  It is very upsetting.  I can view videos on other online shopping sites but not on QVC.  I think they got technically ahead of themselves without thinking about the reality of what their customers can do.  I am a compuer professional and I have been unable to resolve this issue.
