The AM Style alarm clock is the WORST! I love watching the Saturday morning show with Leah as the host, but I can’t mute the TV fast enough when that alarm clock goes off.

Poor sweet pup! Bothers her just like fireworks I bet....

I usually shop online 'Items recently on air'....it's quiet! Then if I am really interested, I can use the CC function.

Whistles, alarm clocks!? I never watch those shows, mercifully. Kim is a giant turn off for me, so I'm spared the phoney circus.

I also guess I should admit that in my 50's I became overly sensitive to noise. The students on my classroom had never bothered me before...I just accepted that they were noisy and it was normal.

So, it seems that my age does put me in a category!

They only do the whistle on Kim & Mary's show.

Producer Chunky will appear on the screen and say, "Ladies, it's time for quick takes".

***Whistle sound effect***

They then show 3 items in rapid succession.

When Kim first came back to the studio after the covid years she was startled by the whistle because she couldn't hear it on skype and had no idea they did that. 😆

I agree that alarm clock on Leah's show is the worst. That sound instantly makes me feel 12 years old, getting woken up for school. Blah. 😂

You couldn't pay me to go to a college football game now. The crowd screams the entire time, the music is louder than the Rolling Stones and before the first quarter ends I have a splitting headache.
