@Lainey59.  The reason for your complaints is obvious, it's Christmas!  Everyone, both retailers and customers are inundated so transport has really slowed.   I've noticed 2 to 3 days being added to to transportation time.  It's not just you,  so grin and bear it, and remind yourself to shop earlier next year.

I don't have to grin and bear it.  This happens 12 months a year with fedex.  I am not in any hurry for these packages but I live in Western Pennsylvania and it should not take this long to receive a qvc package.  One of these items was shipped on December 1 and it is now 13 days later and I have still not received this item nor is it out for delivery.  Still stuck at the same hub.  It is ridiculous.  If I would have known it was shipping FedEx I would not have ordered it.  Don't know why these items weren't shipped ups/USPS like all others.  And I do shop early!

@Kachina624   Not necessarily true, any time of the year FED EX is not reliable and we have caught the driver in white lies...last order we received our delivery was let outside of our business all night....

@Mom2Dogs.  I agree, I shudder when I find something has been shipped FedEx.  If I know in advance, 8 won't order.

@Kachina624 @Mom2Dogs I agree with both.  FexEx has no rats behind what they are doing.  The truck goes up and down our street back and forth on busy days.

No other carrier truck does this.  Most go by a route and don't backtrack constantly.

You might as well put your package on a passing railroad car as ship it FedEx.

@Sooner. @Mom2Dogs.  I'm not saying this to be funny, but I've seriously questioned whether some of their drivers are literate.  I have my doubts.

@Kachina624 It's either that or they don't give a rip where those packages land.

@Sooner - It's interesting that you should talk about packages "landing" from FedEx drivers; I finally stopped saving all my camera footage of them chucking packages at my porch from the middle of the lawn since any complaints to the company go nowhere. (My delivery instructions on file ask them to leave packages at the side door, which of course never happens.) I also always love the delivery confirmation photos they send that are just a picture of my house from the truck before they've gotten out; obviously, there isn't a package anywhere in sight to be "confirmed."

Last month was the first time I've ever received a package via FedEx from a QVC order; I truly hope it was also the last time.

I get orders from ups, fedex, Amazon and of course the post office. I’ve never had an issue with fedex, have had ones with ups. Suprised I don’t have more issues than I do. Fingers crossed that it stays that way. I always expect my packages to to take a little longer around Christmas time.

I've never had really big issues with all of them, except a couple times with FedEX.  You can't really request they way they're sent.  Just whatever they send.  ShopHQ ships with DH and I've never had trouble with them.  UPS is huge and for the most part (with the traffic) are pretty good.  The weather is a factor too. UPS is a very desirable job to have.  They pay very well. And it's difficult to become full time. Because of this, workers there work hard to protrect what they have.   Amazon has their own fleet. They are still the fastest. Since 2023, Amazon has supassed UPS in usuage. But they are unique.  No other business is like Amazon.

I've gotten many shipments from Fed Ex - Never had a problem.

What type of Fedex shipping was used?

There are slow and there are faster FedEx shipping options.  Knowing Q, it was probably the slowest and cheapest option.

Every carrier has multiple shipping options from pony express to overnight. It all depends on what the shipper selects.

I must be a lucky person. I had a problem with FedEx just ONCE when a package was shown as delivered but arrived a day later. Otherwise I've never had any issue with FedEx.
