On Dec. 11, I ordered (2) of the HP Laptops that were the TSV for a total of $1,760.
Part of the offer was additional software that was to be shipped separately.
I've made 3 phone calls to CS and sent an email, where each rep told me they would "email that department" & I would get my software, but almost a month later and still no software!!!
Funny thing is, my daughter & BFF ordered the same laptop on the same day and received their software weeks ago!!!
Looks like I'll have to return $1,760 worth of QVC products to get anyone's attention!!
Which is a shame, 'cause we really love the laptops, but haven't received everything we paid for!!
Maybe I need to call Corporate and see if they can help, but it's totally ridiculous that we have to jump thru hoops like this, just to get what we've already paid for almost a month ago!!
Thanks for letting me rant....I'm just so disgusted by all this hassle!
