When a host shows an up close shot of the neckline area on a piece of clothing and the tag clearly shows Made in China or Made in Vietnam or some other overseas country, does it make you change your mind about ordering that clothing?

No.

Sometimes yes because often the clothing from China comes with a terrible chemical odor. I have to soak it in laundry borax and then wash it once or twice. Most people have no idea of the slave labor and oppression done to "workers" in other countries who make our goods and clothing. I like cotton clothing and have tried to find companies that have their clothing sewn in countries with a higher wage and that means paying more. I am getting more and more concerned about this issue but the honest answer is I own too much clothing made in places that oppress people.

It's not just clothes. Every darn thing seems to be made in China. A search for "made in China" turns up thousands of items, and not just on the Q.

Yes to Made in China and all other Communist countries.
Unfortunately, we don't know where most of clothes are made until we receive it.

Almost everyday there is at least one post, if not more, about clothing made in China, Vietnam, Etc. Also almost daily there are similar complaints about the Q's clothes being too expensive - and these are clothes made overseas where labor cost is far less than here.
So, how much would you be willing to pay for clothes and other items that are manufactured here, with no guarantee that the quality will be exponentially better than the price paid?

It's hard to avoid things made in China. The best thing is to buy less. Become an anti-consumer: make things last and buy only when truly necessary. And, when you buy, get quality items that will last.

Absolutely not. I don't care where a garment is made.
