Where is Quality Control?

I know this has happened to you many times but it is my first for QVC.

I ordered two Capri's from the "As Is" dept. Just opened my order today and low and behold-one was totally different from I orig. ordered. I guess it was bound to happen!

I just sent customer service an email that the one I wanted is now gone.
