Where is QVC's quality and quality control?

I have been buying from QVC for a long time but enough is enough! Have had to return one too many items for their low quality or because they stopped working!

What is happening? Is profit the only important thing these days? It is so dissapointing to buy a beautiful Honora watch that including S&H costs over $100 and it looses 2-5 min. per hour? Bought a Pedpro $22 that stopped working after the 3rd use? And on and on....

Honestly..... with their high S&H and their low quality these days, they will certainly loose me as a customer.

Maybe if more of us complain, they may listen?
