She did fine when presenting clothing but honestly drove me a little crazy when they had her doing some of the kitchen-related shows on Q2; it was clear she was not well prepared and had very little to say as she just kept repeating herself and having Alberti-style "shock of a lifetime" reactions to every item and possible use suggested by Lisa LaSorte. Overall, she is okay—I neither like nor dislike her work.

@Caaareful Shopper   They haven't removed Sam  from Meet Our Hosts page yet.   I thought she was professional.   Certainly better at her job than Adija Scarborough.   Adija is lovely  but her presentations are a hot mess.    Oh well.

Sam and Adija don't make me change the channel, but both are kind of helpless when dealing with somethng non-fashion.  Adija was on recently with Bret Hamilton selling TV's, and he likes to riff and go "off script" and she was acting like she had never seen a TV before.

Even with their weaknesses, I strongly prefer those two to the annoying theater kids John, Justin and Steve, who are seemingly on all the time now.

For reasons unknown to us, management has determined that classmates Justin and John should have major shows on Q1, often paired with high profile veteran hosts and even introduce TSVs.

Classmates Avijah and Sam seem to not have garnered similar attention and momentum.   Not every new host is cut out for the Q1 job visibility. Relegation to Q2 and the 1-3 am hours are not unusual for some.

That poster uses the same "code" relentlessly. 

An observant forum reader knows what is being said.  They think that they are being clever, but really...not so much.

They have emerged under both identities, pushing the agenda!  Hysterical and oh, so theatrically obvious when they respond themselves!  Love it!

Maybe she is taking a long vacation like Shawn just did. She might be in the U.K. visiting family.

I like her a lot too, the few times I have seen her she seems very good, and friendly without being silly!

LOL, "annoying theater kids" is the perfect description for those three.  I can see Steve fitting in on tiktok, though.

It's always interesting to see who QVC pushes and who they shove in the background.  Melissa McGoff is a pretty good host (minus the tattoos) and better than the 3 "theater kids," but is relegated to QVC 2 for some unknown reason.

i think Melissa is a good host, gives all the information. She also has a beautiful singing voice.
