What is wrong with this network?

First of all, I have had no sound on the app videos for about 2 weeks.

Secondly, using Safari tonight, watching Bob Mackie, the graphic for the item being presented was not on the screen or in the ones already shown below.  In fact, both had changed only once, although 4-5 garments had been shown.  Clicking on "item on air" only got me the one that didn't change.  You don't make it easy to shop!

I agree and now they're doing maintence and I can't order anything.  I don't trust them to put the rest of the information in my order status.  Now I have to wait to order a Mackie top I had my eye on.  Will have to try later and hope it's not sold out.

It has not been easy to see or select items online for many days...video not working and now I see no program guide when clicking on and items seen on air also Mia...ridiculous and could be a conspiracy to get us to watch tv!

Re: What is wrong with this network?

And yesterday, I tried to check the "items recenty on air" on QVC2 to see what craft items were being sold.  All I could get was that for QVCLive.  And yes, I did have QVC2 selected.  As has been the case for years now, the QVC website is always in somewhat of a mess.  Seems like they shoud be able to better emulate their site....by merely checking with their sister station, HSN, to see how a website runs without issues, or so it seems.
