@Biftu    How is this Amy's fault.  She has no control over advance orders

She has to blame someone.  She's just not getting it.  Amy CAN'T provide such information if it's not provided to her.

I thought I was pretty clear, but she didn't understand my explanation, either.

Delays happen, things go wrong, and hosts aren't always updated.

@Tinkrbl44  I got it, things can go wrong as in this case. I said pretty clearly as well, we have no idea if she was updated or forgot to mention it.

The only way a host would know an item is in advanced order is someone in the booth watching the numbers tells them so. If she had been told about the advanced orders, I doubt she'd keep it a secret.

I have ordered items online that do NOT say Advance Order....yet the next day my order status shows that.

So NO host involved.....Amy can only give the info she has rec'd.  I find her one of the more thorough hosts, if the item was indeed on Advanced order....she would have said so.

As mentioned.....things happen.  Inventory systems need to catch up, system glitches etc.

NO big deal...they always shipped w/in a day anyways!!!
