Mine has changed back and forth a few times.  So annoying and so are those darn pop ups!  NO I do not wish to get a credit card and NO I don't need constant reminders about what I have in my wish list .

Me, too!  I am usually on the app and not the website, but today I went to check "recently on-air" for an item and could not find it in the usual spot.  Then I saw it the upper left of the homepage.  Probably a good location, as it is easy to locate, once you know it is there!

The website is completely unusable for me now to just browse and find something I like.  I used to have a SEARCH BAR at the top of the page and it's gone.

All of my navigation at the top is gone.  WHAT HAPPPENED?!?!

I agree.  I can't find anything any more.  I used to have a Headline area with

Shop Watch Items on Air and a Search bar.  Now I have nothing at the top of 

my page and I have no quick access to the Forums at the bottom or even searching

for anything.  It is extremely frustrating and I don't know how much longer I will

even bother to get on.  I can't find anything in an easy fashion.  I hate that the TSV

is in the middle of the page and you keep scrolling down to find Items Recently on

Air.  It was nice for a few weeks they had Items on Air with it's own area to click on

the top of the page and then all those choices just disappeared.  Why do they have

to keep changing things around.  It is not User Friendly AT ALL!???  Isn't that the

point - to make things easy for us to buy?????

One thing for certain is that everything will change, including technology. Every company in the world will keep changing their websites. We have to learn the changes or ask on the forums if we can't figure it out and move on.

The search bar is missing on the QVC.com page but not on the App??

Has the website changed? I thought something was wrong with my phone. I find it very difficult to find items and they didn’t send a notice they were revamping their website. Please tell me I am not the only one this has happened to. As I thought it was something wrong with my phone, I have an appointment tomorrow with my carrier. Please let me hear from you. Frustrated in NC.

Yes! I am very frustrated with the “new” web page. The only positive thing I can say is that it is going to save me some money because I am strictly an online shopper. If I can’t find it, I can’t buy it.

I have to scroll down a lot now to see the TSV or what is on air, which when I am on my phone I just won't do. No time for that nonsense.  I understand promoting products and or the Age of possibility, but I would rather the TSV and what's on air be the first things I see and if I want to see the other stuff I will scroll down.
