That's actually hilarious.  Not only is Valerie one of the top 3 vendors on QVC, Rick is an extremely popular host.  He's my favorite and many others' too.  No one is going anywhere because something on a set broke.  😹

Seemed like the usual Rick and Valerie show.  Bunch of sell-outs, the two of them getting along great and joking around, etc.

Wouldn't have it any other way.

FYI in case you don't know, QVC plays music between each presented item. When it starts playing that's a cue to the host and vendor to wrap it up fast. I mainly only watch VPH shows so can only speak to those shows.

@Bella2022  These are just my thoughts. Valerie wants to show the customers all the displays. She knows it helps customers make purchases when we can actually see items in different displays and with good camera closeups. I don't know why, but there never seems to be enough time allotted by QVC to show all the displays before moving to the next item. I can understand it making someone nervous.

Valerie said recently that Cathy will be doing the 1 am shows, so that Valerie can get at least a little sleep before the next day's shows.

@deepwaterdotter  I could be wrong but I think Cathy used to do only the QVC2 channel shows, and is NOW also going to do the 1 am QVC shows.

From what I've heard about Mary D, I have to agree with the original poster.  Biggest phony at QVC, and biggest difference between public and private persona.
