What a mess!

Look at the shipping on C-28290 - Elephant Fun Doll by Marie Osmond - $76.22! I attempted to order her last night right at midnight so caught customer service before ordering and the mess hasn't stopped from there! I am beyond exhaused with phone calls. Last told there is a glitch in the system and the last of the 5 representatives I talked with will call me Sunday at 2:00pm. Corporate Office has been called by at least 4 of these representatives and not ONE person in Corporate Office on a Friday can fix this glitch. No one has a clue what to do!.....I am going to sleep for now! They are suppose to be working on it. As of now it says doll can not ship w/o address, they have my address, so that is not it, wants to charge me the $76.22, I just hope evey time they have tried to fix it a charge hasn't been going on my CC! So much for Treat Yourself relaxing fun day for me! Oh my!
